Noble Packaging Inc. — Local services in Cedar Grove

I have dealt with Noble for many years and have never had a problem until recently. I received damaged product and the manner in which my situation was handled was deplorable. I was promised on three separate occasions that my replacement order was in production and would be on its way soon. This was in September 2016. It is now the end of December and I was just informed that there is no replacement product available. I have sent countless emails and left voicemail messages with the customer service manager. The only response I received was from a customer service representative who was very pleasant and helpful, but unfortunately was unable to remedy the situation given the lack of concern from higher management. I was struggling with how to package my sterling necklace for e-commerce and I met Gary at the end of the day at the MSJA Jewelry Show in NYC. Even though people were rushing to leave he was patient and kind and really listened the challenges I was having. He came up with the creative solution of imprinting the Rethinking Eve logo on 2 sided satin ribbon. I called him 2 weeks later and we worked together to design the ribbon.
