Verizon online shopping showed I could pick up my express delivery in this store. When I arrived after waiting an hour, they said they have no info about my purchase and then they checked and se the order and claimed they had connection problem. After they asked my name they said they do not have the phone which I bought online and wanted to use my option to pick up express. I asked them what could I do, They said they have nothing to do and I should directly go them before buying online. I do not know why verizon gave that option I could pick up express from this store but this store is Very disrespectful and like blaming me bot buying from store but buying online. Sam was knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and helpful as my mom and I upgraded our phones. I would recommend doing business at this location of Verizon Wireless.

One thing I will add though: There was a $40 set-up charge per device that was not disclosed at the beginning of the transaction. We didn't know of that fee until we had our two phones and one tablet and were paying for what we thought was going to be just taxes on the devices. So our payment was much steeper than we were anticipating.
