The Mobile Kayak — Local services in Cedar Park

Im editing my original review. This is a great idea and fun when it works, but we did encounter several technical issues.

We came here to rent two single kayaks. We were able to rent the first one just fine. Then the screen was stuck on return and wouldn’t allow me to rent the second one. Someone came back and returned their double kayak, but it unlocked all the kayaks and after they finished. Even after I relocked the other 2 kayaks, it didn’t register any of the kayaks as present, except the one double that was just returned. I attempted to contact them by calling and texting.

Absolutely legit! So nice to have a rental place north of Austin. We rented SUPs and had a blast! Highly recommend! Prices are reasonable, staff was friendly. Tips for newcomers- when you enter the park drive ALL the way towards the dam- so all the way to the left. Like all the way. There's a little parking lot for you. And also, they do not have lockers or anywhere to store your items- keep that in mind. They accept credit cards only, which is great! My only minor complaint is they don't have a water spigot to rinse your feet off or anything and no signage at the entrance of the park. We will...

Enjoyed kayaking. Water level was a little low. Was a bit disappointed that the guy that was at water edge didn't help to much to see we get out of kayak once we were finished. There was so much sledge that one would sink above waist if you got out of kayak at the shore to walk up to the ground. Kayak had to be pulled almost totally out to keep out of the sledge. Enjoyed...
