I ordered an evergreen cross from them for Christmas, first time ordering from them. The order went through and the money came out of the bank. I was never informed that the order was completed and ready for pickup. I ordered on November 24th and picked up on December 18th. I called the number listed on the site and I spoke to "A" who told me the cross had been ready for a few weeks and could be picked up at the YMCA location. The cross was nice, the fact that I never received any form of notification was disappointing. According to the email I received when I placed the order I had to click on a link on the order confirmation email that I received and that would tell me my order status. I did just that and I continually saw the same response. "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. A confirmation email has been sent to "my email." Come back to this page for updates on your order status." As already mentioned there were no updates. As for "A" when I spoke with him on the phone his response was flat, like he didn't care or he may have heard this a few times before. First and last transaction with Brungot Farms. Overall a nice product, just poor customer relations. When I went to pick the cross up the afternoon that I called Dec 18th, I was asked if I was the one that called about the cross, I said I was that person, and it wasn't "A" that I was dealing with. The 1st time I bought my tree here was precisely 5 days before Christmas in 2016. I'd been through a rough year and just didn't have time or energy or spirit for a Christmas tree. My visiting family had me go out there and get a tree anyway. It was stinking amazing. It was full, lush, and somehow still fresh, which is unbelievable for being that close to the actual day. It stayed fresh so long, that I kept it up until the end of January. So naturally, this was the 1st place I thought of when I started looking for Christmas trees in 2017. I have never had a better experience with getting a Christmas tree than with Aaron and his company. From the first call I made to inquire about trees, to the end of January when he came to pick up my tree, it was a painless and lively experience. He made an extra effort to search his inventory for the tree I described and it was beautiful and fresh and lasted longer than any tree I have purchased in the past. He gave me a great price for it and the set up and delivery was easy and efficient. When I contacted him not knowing how to get my tree out of my apartment since it was 10ft tall, he arranged for himself to come get it and haul at off, working around my schedule.
