I am a positive person who never leaves reviews, this experience however, warrants one.

I came in with longer than waist length, super light, super thick and healthy blonde hair with some dark blonde root outgrowth that I wanted blended in, and came with reference photos. I love my hair it’s my favorite feature, and I don’t get my hair professionally done, ever. I have a special occasion coming up and thought I was due to treat myself, and well, the stylist absolutely DESTROYED my hair.

She was about to send me on my way, but when I saw closer what she did to it, I saw that it was extremely splotchy, there are random brown splotches throughout the blonde lengths. Absolutely nothing like my reference photos. When I pointed out the flaws she offers to fix it, and I should have said no and left at that point because now it’s even worse with extreme breakage and at this point It’s literally unfixable. In her attempt to “fix” it she foiled over the brown dye she put in, she left the foils (which she should not have been using in the first place imo) too long while tending to another customer, causing breakage and I had to stop her from destroying it more by requesting to leave after she rinsed, and I asked to brush it myself. I literally left with wet hair to avoid any further damage. Never in my life have I had anyone rip away at my hair like she did with that brush. I am able to brush my hair gently every single day with proper products starting at the ends and working my way up without any ripping or causing more knots. She was breaking off so much hair on top of the breakage from the color and awful color job that I absolutely could not believe my eyes, I felt like I was in shock. I think I lost about half of my hair today. My scalp is also sore. This was by far the worst salon experience I have EVER had. They are lucky that I stayed calm and kind because my blood was and still is absolutely boiling. As I was driving home (over an hour away), my hair was just melting off into my fingers. I am beyond angry that I paid any money for a hair stylist to single handedly destroy my hair that I’ve worked so hard to grow take care of and maintain, not to mention drive all the way out there thinking I’m treating myself to a nice hairdo for my dream vacation next week. Now I have the most ridiculous looking and damaged hair that I have to live with instead. I literally could of (and should have) done a way better job at home myself. The stylist still expected me to pay for product after all of this. In my opinion I think this salon should be compensating ME for the damage done and time wasted. I am just absolutely dumbfounded.

If a hair stylist isn’t confident or comfortable they can deliver desired results they should probably say so beforehand, this stylist should never have been near my hair, and I will never trust one again. She never even owned up to her mistake and apologized or anything. She HAD to have known she majorly messed up. Everyone that’s had the unfortunate pleasure of seeing my hair today has said that she did an awful job, it is blatantly obvious. I advise anyone that wants anything beyond a basic cut to stay...

I called on Friday morning and by Friday afternoon Sophia had me in and began to work her magic on what can only be called the disaster that was my hair. She corrected my color and it was quite the process. She even stayed after closing to dry and style it. I also purchased tanning package and was going to stay and allow me to tan. I thanked her but declined the offer to tan so that she could get home as we were already well passed closing. She was sweet and caring. I was never made to feel bad about the mess I came in with. I will definitely be back and not just for tanning. Everyone that I encountered while there were truly happy, smiling and they truly love the work they. Sophia even made mention that she never really feels like she is “working” as she truly loves what she does and she does it oh so well. I am so thankful and grateful and I was truly surprised by the time, care, attention and I was never made to feel like she was rushing. She was my angel for sure from a call in the morning to her adding me to the end of her day 3:00 to a 4+ hour appointment all in the same day. She...

Absolutely amazing! I had not had my hair cut in 3 years because I was scared to go to a salon after all the bad cuts I had in the past, but I bit the bullet and decided that I finally wanted a change.

When I first called I wanted a balayage but as the time grew closer my finances changed and was not able to afford such a service. I went in there with a budget and Izzy knocked it out of the park!

I told her how much I could spend and an idea of what I wanted. Giving her creative freedom was the best decision I ever made. She gave me beautiful wine colored highlights and when she turned me around I just about cried tears of joy.

It was the first time in a long time I felt pretty. I felt like me again and having that emotional moment was exactly what I needed.

Izzy is not only talented and amazing, but super easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and confident the entire service. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone and everyone who isn’t sure about what they want or who have had bad experiences...
