Jeremy, at RJ Anders has been a great help over the years. So I thought when I was ready to get a new laptop I would buy one of his. Unfortunately he became slim shady. I have had five laptops in my lifetime and I have never had to pay additional $100 for anybody to set it up and pay extra for that service! He now claims that because he didn't set it up and I didn't pay him $100+ dollars. That it's my problem to find someone else to fix the issues I'm having. Yes! He hung up on me! Just a warning if something sounds too good to be true? It's because it is! All conversations have been recorded via video and by audio! I gave him the name of laptops I've used in the past and that was Toshiba. But, he thought the HP was better. I'm livid, that you have to pay him extra to make it usable... I stated numerous times, That I have never had these issues in my lifetime and now that I look in front of me I actually have an HP laptop that I purchased 5 years ago. I have never had one single issue with that laptop in regards to the memory or the ram or not being able to log on to websites or join groups. He feels that by hanging up on me he has solved the problem!!!!! He's right I will never buy another laptop or anything from RJ Ender! He also told me that he would give me a cord to connect my laptop to the TV so I can watch whatever's on the laptop on my TV. He reniged on that too! I strongly recommend recording any and all conversations with Jeremy to hold him accountable for the false promises and him stating he didn't say things that I'm repeating off of recorded conversations.    Read moreMy computer crashed and it was right before a holiday weekend. I took it into the store and Kay explained everything to me. She told me within 5 minutes what it would need and what they could do. They installed a new solid state drive into my 8 year-old laptop. Kay explained everything they would be doing to my laptop, and said it would run like a new computer. They were finished within a couple of days, over a holiday weekend, and it runs better than I ever imagined. They transferred everything over and updated all my stuff for me. If I would have purchased a new laptop with the caliber mine has, it would have cost me over 4 times what I paid RJ Enders to fix it. It turns on in a few seconds, and then run programs so fast now. It also now has the fastest media player in it. It had a bad pop-up virus on it that Jeremy removed as well. Jeremy did an amazing job. Kay was so amazing as well. She goes over everything with you when you pick it up and she even explained the new security and office system to me, and they run amazing. They also give you a week of free remote customer support for any questions or issues you may have after servicing.    Read moreWent in to see what was wrong on my computer. Was told that it was the âmotherboardâ because I opened the back of my laptop on my blanket. My computer wasnât working BEFORE I ever opened it. I was told I could come and pick it up the next day. Whenever I called, I was told that the woman working on my computer was not in. I did not receive any updates for about a week. Although, when I did pick it up it was a couple of days after I was told I could pick it upâŚ.when I got home I noticed that the back was completely screwed off and half of the screws to the computer were missing. Completely unprofessional. Edit: (since you guys wanna reply and LIE) my motherboard was not bad. Itâs the battery. It was broken BEFORE I EVER even opened the back. I told you guys I did not leave my back open on the blanket. I called three times and you were NEVER in. Also, I gave you guys all of the screws and specifically put them ALL in a ziploc bag to avoid losing them. Not all of them were returned to me.
