Ordered a large L shaped desk and two office chairs. We requested delivery. We were told it was a good idea to take pictures of the desk in the show room so we would know how to put it together once it was delivered. Makes sense.
We had to cancel or initial delivery date due to a death in the family. We thought they came to our area once a week. When I called to cancel they couldn’t tell me when they could deliver as they wait until they have a full truck. I was also treated like an idiot for even asking. This was strike one.
Finally after calling them multiple times I got a date for delivery! Thank goodness! We decided to just have them put it in our garage and then we would put it upstairs where it needed to be and put it together.
So this last weekend we hall everything in and upstairs. Get things paid out so we can put it together, get my pictures ready to use for reference...Strike two. Wait a minute! These legs they gave us do not match the ones in my picture from the store. So I look on their website and find a picture of my desk and sure enough, the legs are different. So we decided we were not going to put it together and demand they come back with the correct materials and do it themselves. This didn’t work well for me since I work from home and needed this ASAP. So we went ahead and gave it a go.
This desk only has three legs then has a support wall and a file cabinet for support on the smaller end. We didn’t get the correct screws for any of the pieces. The desk is up but not very sturdy and I’m unable to try to move it as every time I try it creaks and sounds like it’s ready to break. We paid 400$ for this desk and extra for delivery.
We are not happy customers, we will not be repeat customers and we will never refer anyone. This was not a good experience for the amount of money we paid.
Oh forgot to mention while in the store, we were invisible apparently. There was one other couple in the store and plenty of employees. We had to go find someone to help us. Not good...

Did not talk about price but was told by employee Stacie "We have recently purchased a large order of used desks and are not in need of any more at this time." Called back in July and asked a gentleman if at this time they would like to purchase the desk. They pulled up the pictures and said No because the desk does not have storage under the return. I said yes it does it has a drawer. Then he said oh I mean a large file drawer under the return. It has a file drawer under the desk as well as another smaller drawer above that. It has a small drawer under the return. I mentioned the response I got in June and felt like all they are doing is making up reasons not to take the desk. I have been in their business and have seen terrible looking desks not in the best shape. Not sure about this business. It was a bit odd today when I called to pay by phone and pick up 7 pieces ASAP and the sales person couldn't get me off the phone fast enough because "[They] have to get to customers." When someone on the phone asks if they can pay now and pick up today that's a customer. Actually, it's the best kind of customer... A paying customer.
