My family and I dined at Casa La Gloria yesterday evening to celebration for my birthday. And from the time we were seated we had a horrible experience that continued once we left the restaurant. Let me tell you about our experience. (1) We were seated at a table that had dirty seats. When I asked the hosts to wipe the seats off she did so with her hand and missed the quite a bit of crumbs. I had to re-clean them. (2) My husband ordered a drink and asked the bartender to take some of the ice out and was told flat out told no. We asked to speak to the manager and explained how rude the bartender was and she stated she would handle it. (3) My husband ordered one of his burrito without pork and was giving pork. We don't eat pork. He can't eat pork because It makes him sick. He at half the burrito before realization it was pork. It was swooped out when we brought it to their attention. (4). 20 mins into our meal my son had to rush to the bathroom. He was complaining of stomach pain. Which he didn't have prior to visiting Casa La Glories. On our way out my husband said he was experiencing stomach pains. (5). We had to stop on our way home to so my son could use the bathroom again. Than once we got home he went a few more times. And my husband also had to rush to the bathroom several times through out the night throwing up and with diarrhea.

I choose Casa La Glories because I thought it would be a great place to spend my birthday dinner and left highly disappointed. The manager gave us a $10 off discount from our meal. However, giving the horrible tonight continuing after we left. $10 dollars is not good enough our whole meal should have been compensated. I am not asking to return to Casa La Glories my main purpose is to bring this to your attention. If you care about your establishments you should have a conversation/ coach your team members do to better. I would like to say our waiter Collin was great. He was very apologetic and understanding and nothing that happened had to...

I will never eat at this place again I've told plenty others not to as well‼️It was my sons birthday and he chose this place so the five of us went. The waitress had on very short shorts on and a T shirt with tattoos showing all over her arms and legs(very unprofessional)I wasn't sure if she was a waitress when she came to our table and she definitely didn't introduce herself. She took 5 orders without writing them down in which she should have because we were missing some things when our food finally came out.My grandsons burger was so burnt that it looked like a black hockey puck. One of my sons order of wings were dry and hard with all sauces on the side and the sauces tasted horrible. My other sons food(the birthday boy)was not satisfying his steak on his tacos came in long strips making it hard to chew.My granddaughter complained that her beans were dry.She took the wings and burger off our bill.So I open the tortillas that was wrapped in foil that came with my meal and they,in plain sight, were moldy.I at this point had already called her back to our table 3 times with complaints so this was #4.She brought out more shells and they tasted moldy so I had everyone including her to smell them and they agreed. At this point all appetites were lost and we asked for Togo boxes still not receiving my 3rd set of tortillas so I gave my food back and asked for my food to be taken off the bill. For me to have called her over to our table 6 times not happy with anything at all my bill should have been cleared especially since I could have gotten sick off of moldy food.I have been here a few times before and have always had to complain about the food but never this freaking bad‼️‼️‼️‼️I don't want to even drive past this place ever again ‼️‼️‼️ They should be...

This is my celebration spot! Food portions are large and delicious, staff is always friendly and attentive great spirited and always a pleasure to speak to!

I’d like to redact my star rating and experience. My dad is in from out of town! We knew the perfect spot!

Manager was seating us asked for a bigger booth and he said that’s for a table for 6.. so now we get to sit elbow to elbow..

I would like to give this service 5/19 at 1:35pm a 0-

Let’s start with my waitress- we asked for a couple minutes she came back 10 minutes later with chips and gone again for ten minutes..

NO ONE asked how our meal was.. the table next to us was served properly. I used to be a server and the table manners of the manager and my server sucked.. all of them were chatting at the host stand every single time my dad walked by, my husband .. I asked the bartender to send the manager to my table.

He apologized for not swinging by to check, complaint about my dads meal.. he was defensive and rude and continued to make excuses.

Then as we are leaving they are all up there giggling and just have such a good time..

This issue starts with the manager. We...

Hands down the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had😂 just wasted $60 on inedible food & Im not even a picky person. I mean if your not a fan of real Mexican food maybe this is the place for you… My enchiladas were filled with a thick rubbery mozzarella cheese & COVERED in a sauce that tastes like the mild from Taco Bell. Not to mention they topped it with a chunky clump of sour cream and a single slice of tomato that looked like it belonged on a burger😂 I wish I would have taken a picture straight out the bag but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt & picked it off to taste the enchiladas. The Tacos De Carne Asada were also quite inedible, the tortillas were so soggy it fell apart just holding it & the meat was completely seasonless. I have literally never ate a restaurant where the food was this disgusting😕The only thing I can say that tasted okay was the queso. If the owners see this.. I would love a refund!😬

The CR area is filled with Mexican restaurants yet its hard to find a good one. Hate giving bad reviews but this is just my honest opinion...People here seemed friendly but as we were sitting down our server came over and asked us what we wanted to drink, I haven't even touched a menu at this point my butt barley hit the seat. The chips were okay the salsa lacked a lot of flavor. Got a $16 "jumbo" margarita which truthfully wasn't that big but seemed to be never ending because it wasn't very good. The menu had interesting items on it a lot of them not being authentic Mexican food what so ever. We ended up just ordering cheese dip and leaving because there wasn't a lot of options on the menu and none of that sounded good. Our server never came back to fill up our chips or even finish checking us out. If you like this place thats great if you are craving actual Mexican food I'd recommend going else where.

I chose Las Glorias as our pre-movie dinner spot after seeing a picture of the enchilada sauce, and I’m sure glad I did. Being from California, I’m not the biggest fan of tomato-heavy enchilada sauces — but chile was the star here. Didn’t realize how constant the craving for this style of sauce has been until I took that first bite. Utterly delightful. Rice was flavorful and just the right consistency (though the addition of peas and carrots still throws me off). Refried beans were standard (could’ve been mashed a bit more but to each their own). Guac and salsa were lovely and fresh. Taco was tasty, but the shell was subpar (would’ve preferred an actual corn tortilla). The place was super busy on a Saturday night but the young staff were very fast and attentive. Also wheelchair accessible! Stopping in was definitely worth missing the first half of our movie. I’ll be back again and again.
