DG Market — Local services in Centerville

I entered the store around 915 or so. I had some shopping to do and I noticed two different times that the older lady that works there (i'm almost positive shes a lead or manager) so not the girl working at the cash register but the lady who look to be like a manager started walking down the aisles people were shopping on and just following people staring at them who were still there at 9:45 timeframe. The hours that are stated on the website,google maps, Google, the store front, and yelp all say the store are closed at 10 PM. Well it was me and one other lady grabbing our last things and heading to the front to check out and the time was 9:54. The older lady who seemed like a manger proceeded to follow me down to the ice cream isle again where I was putting my last item in my buggy. She looked at me and said "you know we're closed right now" And she said it with a tone as if she wasn't gonna let me check out my full buggy of items. So, I said ma'am, it states you close at 10 PM, and this is the last thing that I was grabbing so I'm heading to the register right now and she said no we close at 9:55 and I said OK well you might wanna get everything changed on your website on Google on yelp & on anything else that represents the store because anything that represents the store states the hours are 7 AM to 10 PM. I proceed to check out all my items and there was a few that I wanted to make sure they rang up correctly to get the coupon for so l was reading the receipt really quick before I walked out. I felt extremely flustered which made me overwhelmed and that much more slower when reading the receipt which I felt hurried the whole time I was doing that because both the cashier and the older woman were staring at me And then I apologize and said I'm sorry I'm just checking to see if my coupons rang up correctly for those certain items. and the woman looked at me about a minute later as i was almost finished double checking the receipt and she proceeds to say "uummmmm? What's the problem here? is there something causing you to read this receipt so slowly" I said "no ma'am I was just checking my coupons and some of the items weren't right by each other, so I was doing the math and having to scroll down the receipt so it took me a moment." And she said "OK because we're closed you need to go" and I said "OK ma'am Im on my way out and by the way it just now turned 10 PM as we are speaking. "I hope you have a good rest of your night"and I told her that I would return the buggy to her at the front double doors so she didn't have to go outside in the snow and get it and she said "OK thank you so much " so l proceeded to unload all of my groceries into my SUV and I closed the door And walked the grocery buggy through the parking lot and back up to the double doors. The doors didnt budge so she literally locked me out when she agreed to get the buggy from me so she didnt have to get out in cold.me so I just left the buggy right there, at the double doors... but it was crazy to me i had just confirmed with her that I was gonna bring it into her so that she could Take it from me so that she didn't have to go in the cold and get it and then instead she just locked me out, so I left the buggy right by where the doors open and left. I normally do not make reviews like this, but I just felt like the way that she was Running us down 15 minutes before the store was closing like that's not good customer service. I personally work in customer service and that's not a way to treat a human being. Just because you want to get out of work early. I don't know. Maybe she was just having a bad day but either way that needs to be something that does not affect her work life balance and carry into the job with her. and you could definitely tell they did not care about the customer over themselves.
