We go to this hospitable place every single week. The breakfast is yummy, the lunch is even better, the dinner is where it’s AT. The food is honestly very good, especially for the price. They have a very good variety, and the salad bar never disappoints. But the very best part is the waitresses, they stay ON TOP OF THINGS. Those ladies know how to do their job. They know our drink orders before we make them, they are always on their toes…never missing a beat. They also never fail to make you feel that southern hospitality!! A special shout out to Amanda, give that girl a raise (she deserves it). There are other waitresses too that slay, I unfortunately don’t know their names. Anyway, I definitely recommend this place for anyone and everyone looking...

I really wanted to love this place since I had heard so much hype about it, but I couldn't. The staff was so sweet and friendly, and the fried chicken was good, but those are the best things I can say. My mom and I ate here, and we both found the food bland and tasteless (outside of the fried chicken). Vegetables tasted canned, not homemade. Little to no seasoning in anything. Either we came on a bad day, or this is how it usually is...not really sure.

Others have commented that the place needs a cosmetic update...I disagree. I liked the old-fashioned mom & pop feel of the place, but whoever is in charge of the kitchen definitely needs a lesson in seasoning food. Would probably not return, but might order some fried...

Cole slaw not up to par like before and since they've changed the buffet "bars" everything seems dried out. My husband loves their catfish on Fridays but seems like every time we eat there I end up with food poisoning or terrible bouts with diarrhea. Update- Upon entering restaurant I placed an order for a basic hamburger and fries thinking my selections off the bars had caused the problems earlier. No, they hadn't plus my husband was completely thru with his dinner plates (yes 2 of them!) And had begun eating his dessert when my hamburger and fries finally arrived tableside! I seriously hope I never am forced to darken their door again, I seriously don't know how they stay...
