Im leaveing my complaint here since i never get a call back. Internet is intermittent and my only way of communications is by phone and none of my phone calls ever gets call back. I went thru a friend whose alot better at computers than I and they responded to him on my issues but nevers returns my phone calls. My wife and I are retired and we need our internet im Constantly talking To the VA over my health issues and when im without the my Internet and I miss a VA appointment they think Im avoiding them.
I've since some 2yr since my review. I have good internet about 12hrs then it will buff to be fair about their service its better than any other available service for Hickman Co. Read moreUpdate: I’m updating my review from one star to three stars, thanks to Peyton. He followed up this week and they were actually able to improve our service and for that I am grateful. We were actually never told our house has a weak signal, as stated by Paul below. It was usually blamed on our out of date DVD player. And no, I don’t expect to pay for service calls when we were paying monthly for a service that was consistently not working more than working. Anyways, I appreciate the follow up and sorry it had to come after a bad review.
