These people do warranty service… kind of. After working with Penny and her errors for scheduling and communication, including canceling our first day of service needed and scheduled that same day due to not having a tech available any longer that same day. Then when we finally had the group show up to look at our refrigerator; they were very friendly (so this review isn’t on them). Back to Penny, day our parts came in she called to schedule next day repairs. Calls us within an hour asking if we had moved the refrigerator to the garage so they could work on warranty covered service. According to her that’s not part of their job.. once her wonderful attitude (sarcasm) wasn’t working on me, she (being the manager) hands her phone to a an older tech who was attempting his best to be condescending, but again he was just a tech, and not a manager. He replied that it is up to the homeowner to make the appliance accessible for their techs to work on it.
So our refrigerator was in a position to diagnose a complete overhaul, where it could be diagnosed and looked at… but somehow the day of, the option he gave me was to pay him additional to move the appliance.
In the countless times in my experience working with appliance specialists when rehabbing a home or even having my commercial units worked on; this is a first. This company sounds more like the same people that call you asking if you’d like an extension on your previous cars warranty.
I can see why they have the reviews they currently do.
Maybe consider putting the techs that came out to diagnose the refrigerator in charge of your operations and management. You’d improve...

I had a pump replaced in my dishwasher and as soon as they said it’s fixed and left it didn’t work at all… they came back replaced it again and it worked for 2 months and then I did a load of dishes and ended up with a floor full of water called them back to fix it again and as soon as they left water all over the floor… then they came back again and said it was fixed so basically they won’t do anything about it… I continue to have nothing but issues after they have supposedly fixed it. They have been over 4 times to “fix” the issue and it still isn’t working. He also left the bottom plate off and wouldn’t put it back pretty sure he lost the screws to it. Save yourself the headache and go to someone else that knows what...

They came out to fix my keypad on my dishwasher and left my dishwasher leaking, not attached to my counter any longer, not placed in the cabinet area correctly, my door coming off and the plastic lining around the keypad broken. My husband called and complained and we basically now have to wait for them to come out and fix it again even though they broke it more then what it was originally! Unfortunately, I have to use them as that is where my extended warranty is through....definitely worse company I have ever felt with! If I could give zero...
