Very clean, very tasteful clean bathrooms. Clean table. Clean floors. Clean everything. Clean clean. This is the cleanest buffet I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of buffets and none have been cleaner than this one. I'm very very strict about eating in a clean environment, they are fully staffed so there's enough people to do what needs to be done in the restaurant so that it doesn't fall apart. It's about as good as a Chinese Buffet can be in a small town like Centralia. It is a very popular place for locals to go for lunch or Dinner.

The food has an impressive selection for the size of the establishment. You will find more conventional Chinese food such as orange chicken along side egg rolls and fried rice. There also seems to be a rotating selection of some more uncommon food such as frog legs.

Additionally, there is a small selection of about 5-6 types of Sushi. It is always kept stocked up for visitors.

I love Chinese food.... I've come to realize that you can go to a Chinese restaurant at 5:00 p.m. One day and the food be super good, Fresh, and then you could go to the same restaurant at the same time on a different day and it just be horrible. This was the first time I've ever eaten at this restaurant before but it was really good and fresh. They were busy.... That's always a good thing because they have to keep supplying the food so it's not just sitting out there in a warmer for hours like it would be if they weren't busy.
