BIT Brewery — Local services in Central City

My first time in the BIT Brewery was Saturday Sept 2 2023 and I know without a doubt there will be many more returns. I am a Hugh pizza lover so I was going to be harsh as a critic, only as it turned out there 10 inch Pizza crust is so delightfully tasty and it was so light and not overbearing like many restaurant pizza crust. No this I have to say has a divine quality to it. The texture has a equality that enriches your taste buds. The toppings are fresh and quality with a even balance. 👌 I had them make a specialty pizza with the toppings I could choose from on the menu.. I also had to try their Taco pizza. Oh my goodness. It was so wonderful. Best Taco pizza I ever had. I tried two different Brews on Tap and each with a unique taste. I enjoyed two glasses of the water melon cider brew and it delicious. The staff are friendly , welcoming and intuitive as to when you need a refill or just on top of there game at caring for customers. I like the place it was very clean and well lit up inside. The Iowa game was on the flat screen over the bar. The air condition was not freezing you out and they had a good amount of business that seem to be regulars cause everyone was getting having a great time. Went here tonight with a group of 6. We arrived around 515pm. Four of us ordered our drinks an appetizers and the other two order drinks, appetizers, and pizza from one waiter. A waitress then comes over and takes the four remaining pizza orders. Two of the three appetizers came out, the third one had to be asked about before the waitress remembered it. One pizza from the first two orders came. Then, two of the group of fours pizzas came. A third pizza came from the group of four. One of the first two orders and the last of the group of four pizzas weren't out. Finally, when the waitress came back (would very rarely come by the table) we asked about them. The first response we had gotten was they got busy with to go orders and would go check with the kitchen. The waitress didn't come back. A person from our group went to the counter and was told someone would be out to speak with us. It took another 20 mins. With one pizza in tow, being the last person in the group of four to order-not the person who ordered the pizza first, they said we would be charged for the pizza but they still hadn't started the other pizza. 2HOURS later we are leaving. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR BUISNES! Went with a group of friends as an adult night out. We planned it for over a MONTH to coordinate schedules. We arrived at 5:30pm. In total we ordered 6 pizzas and 3 appetizers. We had yet to recieve all orders by 7pm. Im sitting right now waiting while typing this. They had two different waiters taking our orders. Gave orders out of order. They mentioned a to-go order came in as an excuse to why it was taking so long. Finally they said that they gave the missing pizzas to a different table and forgot where they were supposed to be. They said they would take the pizzas off that were late. If you want to eat with the party at your table your food will be cold. Some will have appetizers while others have their main dish. Its not worth the massive headache!
