I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend at the time (fiancé now), and had not done enough homework on what she wanted. My best friend referred me to Omar and Oscar, since he had such a great experience finding and engagement ring, wedding bands and groomsmen gifts there. George took the time to walk me through all the setting choices and the color / clarity options and asked all the right questions to make sure we were looking at what she wanted. He did not push a sale at all and really helped me feel confident in what I was buying. After proposing and guessing way wrong on the ring size, he worked with us on the best solution to get the ring to fit. She couldn't be happier... Gets compliments on it all the time, and I got the thumbs up from her friends and family. I really couldn't be happier with the total...

My comment is that the jewelry store it self its good. There quality of jewelry is good. Now the staff in there is a totally different story the older couple there are great they work with u with everything show u whatever you want and even work with you on the price if its reasonable. On the other hand THE SON (THE ONE THAT WORKS IN THE BACK ROOM) "FIXING THE JEWELRY " HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ALSO HE COMES OUT SOMETIMES AND " TRY TO HELP CUSTOMERS " HE HAS NO PATIENCE AND ITS RUDE AND SEEMS TO BE SO AGREVATED TO HAVE TO DO HIS JOB SO FOR THIS REASON I STOP GOING THERE AS MUCH OR IF I GO THERE WHEN I WALK IN AND HE COMES UP TO ME I RATHER WALK...

I bought a ring that i fell in love with here. The employee helping me told me that the ring i was interested in was all diamonds. So i bought it, a couple of months later i go to one of my friends jewlery store and she tells me they are not diamonds. I go back to this "jewlery store" with the original receipt and demand an explaination, and they have the nerve to tell me that "they cant find the purchace in there system and that i must have bought it somewhere else".
