i went in i was interested in some couches LUCY proceeded with she was going to help me it took her almost an hour to get everything done i had to leave asked her if i was all set everything good to go she said yes to get a phone call the next day of her telling me she cant make the delivery because i had to sign some documents i told her to set up an appointment for me to come in the following week on my day off so i can sign she proceeded to tell me that she will drive to my job to have me sign the documents which she did not do . Today makes matters worse this woman did not call me all day yesterday but today she calls my job !! looking for me not for a reference not to verify place of employment she calls my job because she couldn't contact me on my cell phone completely inappropriate ! i noticed that the first time she called was not to verify income either ! it was her looking for me because i wasn't answering after i specifically told her i work 10-7 everyday , if i do not have any merchandise i do not owe any money have not signed any agreements why call me and my place of work ? complete embarrassment not to mention the manager bill pretended like he gave a dam in all reality he just listened to my complaint because he had too i heard no empathy from him and he sure as hell did not care. YOU DO NOT HOUND PEOPLE TO MAKE A SALE YOU...

One word.... HORRIBLE!

However, I had to come back and follow up as RAC decided to reply... What a joke! "We apologize...please contact our corporate headquarters"..... Okay, I did and guess what...NOTHING!

Word of advise.... save your money and just go purchase what you want or need elsewhere or utilize a different company.

Trashy Service..... I'm off this unprofessional ride..smh!

Okay, I'm on my next update being that after 2 months of being brushed off, promises of call backs from district Managers in RAC corporate headquarters that never happens...I did more research only to find out that RAC is selling products to customers knowing that the warranty department will not honor any of the products being sold to customers because RAC is NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER to sell their products.....UNREAL!

Just the mere fact that I continue to update my review will fore warn ppl to avoid this business. Shameful company....take your business elsewhere....the realest review that you could ever read!...

For some reason keeps trying to break into my house!

I have paid off a 65 Inch TV with them, and a bedroom set. I currently rent a computer and a bunk bed. The bunk bed has about $200 left on it until it's paid off. I'm always on time with my payments and even the couple of times I'm not on time, I pay the late fee and extra week with no complaints. This week I can not make the full payment so I asked if I could make partial payment for the first time ever and pay the rest next week and they said no we are coming to get your stuff! Like really? I've never not paid them once. RUDE AF "customer service"!!! Stay away. I can't believe they would treat me like this after ALL the money I have given them!!! 😡 Willy...
