My family have been going here for years. And then the owner changed. I bought a good amount of food. I split the payment with my mom who paid in cash and I paid the rest on the card. Of course humans make mistakes and the cashier counted the cash wrong. I explained to the cashier about it and she was nice, called the manager. The manager was completely confused on what a split payment was and had to check the cameras just in case we were stealing. Spent 20 mins hearing the passive aggressiveness of the employees saying it’s “just $20 why are they still here”. And hearing the cashier that attended us say “ can you count your money to make sure I counted right” to the next customer. I never in my life have ever been treated this way. I just wanted to be out of there. I talked to another employee who heard my complaint. And the employees said “how are we giving attitude!”. Why would I want to stay at a place with employees who want to verbally argue with a customer, have my mom feel inferior & then say to just leave. I’m glad I went with my mom cause I would hate to even think how they would treat my mom who doesn’t speak good English. This place was so much better with the previous owner and employees who actually were nice to the customers. I’m going to miss the employees working at the deli they were kind, but I will pass on the cashiers with no manners and the manager who just...

Employees there are making this place very unpleasant to shop. At the register, the cashier asked me of my way of paying. I said credit card and asked for my ID,then I executed my self. Obviously the name on the card was different from mine since it was husband credit card.She wanted my husband to be there right away to sign which couldn't happen, I was shopping without him. She asked me to wait in order to call her manager. Once the manager got at the register,she explained the situation in spanish. Then, the manager started to scream at me "How do I know that this card belongs to your husband, we don't do that here" making look like I was about to commit a fraud and he caught me.He assembled all my merchandises and ask me to leave. I felt so frustrated...

Bought $150 worth of meat two weeks ago..got home and packaged it all up and vacuum sealed it. Pulled out hamburgers the other day..all was good until I started cooking them..I started to smell something almost like cat urine...considering I have a cat I started to look around even smelt my apron..smell would only hit me when I was standing over the grill. A few minutes later after the burgers were half way cooked and I was ready to flip I smelt the patty..THAT WAS THE SMELL..OMG I threw it away I couldn't feed that to my kids. Three days later I pulled out bone in pork chops..same thing happened not a urine smell but they smelt bad...I went into my deep freezer and threw all the meat I bought away..not taking the risk. WILL NOT BE GOING THERE...
