I went to more jewelry stores than I could count and every single one gave me reasons as to why they couldn’t do what I wanted, or asked me “are you sure that’s what you want” this family owned business took time to listen to me, and EXCEEDED my expectations with my wedding band. Took 3 weeks to get my wife’s rings soldered together and multiple trips to remind them to do so every time telling me a day to come back for it to be done and it never was. When it was finished it was soldered to the wrong side, had multiple scratches and gouges, was lopsided, and the inside of the bands was not smoothed out to make it a comfortable fit. Horrible experience and now I will be spending 3 times the amount of money for it to be fixed as what I did to get the job...
