Service & Atmosphere depends on who is working. If you can only go in the evening and you want good service, only go to the Hillsboro location on Wednesday or Thursday night. That is the only 2 nights that the rude couple (as in a relationship) aren't working there. I find it shocking that they have not yet been fired. I have gone there for years and have witnessed them both being so mean to customers. The girl, I will call her "K", berates people for their choices of ingredients on sandwiches and laughs at them when they don't take her suggestions. She talks bad about customers, to other customers, loud enough for everyone to hear. The guy, I will call him "J", treats people like they are an inconvenience to him & will quote company policies that don't seem legit, like you can't choose what you want on sandwiches. The Wednesday & Thursday night employees are absolutely amazing but I have heard rumors that some might quit if they don't get more hours. If this happens and there are only new employees, on the only 2 nights that the hateful couple doesn't work, I will be going in zero nights. Why give most of the evening hours to the 2 people that shouldn't even have a job there at the risk of losing good employees and more customers? I would go during the day if I could. Read moreThe staff are very friendly and helpful with great customer service even when they're swamped. I've never had any issues with the staff but I've been coming here once or twice a week and spending between $45 and $60 each trip. I haven't gone in about 3 weeks due to changes in my schedule. Now that I'm back, I was extremely dissatisfied and upset to find out they no longer have the tortilla wraps. Now their wraps are rolled up in a flatbread.
Due to health reasons, I'm very limited on what I can eat and I'm not supposed to eat bread including flatbread but I am able to eat a tortilla wrap. Now that they don't have them, it looks like I will not be coming back to Subway anymore unless they bring them back. And to top everything off, the new flatbread wraps are no bigger than a 6-in sub but they are still charging you the price of a footlong even if you get your 6-in sandwich ad the new flatbread wrap. When we went to pick up the order they were making the last sandwich and 2 guys joked, "oh we're closed we can't make anything right now". I told them I had an online order, they said my total and I paid and left. When I got home no olives were on either sandwich. I do understand if they were out but that should've been informed to me so I could ask for a substitution. They could joke about not making food but didn't inform us our order was not made as requested. 2 $11 sandwiches that were not as ordered.
