My kids enjoy this place the every once in a while that I go. However I was bothered by the way I was spoken to and treated by both of the ladies there. First off I’m guessing the owner is the person who rang me up. My sister and I walked in with 5 kids in total. I asked if there was any discounts for siblings and she told me no and my sister also asked and she said no. Ok that’s fine np. I paid $69 for 5 kids and 4 pairs of socks. When I went to sit down I realized on the board it says 5 plays passes for $42. I went up to ask her and she explained to me about the membership then went ahead and explained about the 5 passes. I was like well I could’ve done that instead and she was like yea for next time. I asked if she could reimburse me and she’s like no but u could use that next time. It felt like she was telling me oh well u should’ve payed attention if you wanted it. It’s only $8 extra that I payed but it’s just the way of talking was rude . “ you could do that next time. “ The other girl seemed bothered by our presence. Started vacuuming at 4:30 and my 2 year old son was playing with the water in the back so I pushed the little water dispenser to the wall when I saw him playing with it and she seemed bothered by that telling us we would have to leave. I understand my son was wrong but he’s 2. Other girls were playing with water as well but left before us but was told nothing . She apologized after and said she is not meaning to kick us out but the kids should not be playing...

Hosted my sons birthday party at the Central location and i enjoyed it. Prior to the party a scheduled consultation took place, I loved the open communication. They allowed me to add the balloon drop during my consult, I was undecided at time of booking but the kids loved it. The parties are after business hours so it is just for your invited guest. Love the security feature on the door for the safety of all guest. We had two employees from the facility, one girl was new and training (I loss my paper with their names). Nonetheless, they were a delight and ready to assist wherever needed. We ordered our own pizza, finger sandwiches and chips. They believe in sticking to a timeline so be prepared to keep the party rolling. Grip socks recommend or you will slide but luckily they are offered on site. I loved the facility was appropriate for all ages that attended ranging from 7 months to 7yrs old. Would def recommend if considering...

i had my baby birthday party here and i really feel like they’re a scam the way they was just handing socks to kids charging it to my invoice which resulted in me paying them $500 ontop of the $150 deposit, then charged $45 because we smashed the cake and icing was on the floor, something i could have cleaned up myself/ something that’s traditional at birthday parties + nun of their equipment was harmed it was literally soap and water to clean it up. i do feel like if anyone is going to throw a party here GIVE THEM A LIST OF YOUR 20 PAID FOR KIDS AND LET THEM CHECK OFF AS YOUR GUEST ENTER, any kid that’s not on the list make sure they pay BEFORE GETTING SOCKS AND ENTERING THE PLAY AREA! i paid them almost $700 but they did set up everything for me just not to my liking because of the way they handle things there, then couldn’t even bring the type of food i wanted but overall the kids had fun i just don’t like their way of going...
