After 25 years with State Farm Insurance, they dropped my auto insurance. A significant at-fault single-vehicle accident was the cause. I had auto, home, and life insurance with them all these years. I was devastated because I was being penalized for filing a claim. Isn’t that the reason for having insurance? Although disgruntled, I left my other policies with them and found auto coverage with Progressive. Progressive was wonderful, with no issues, but approximately one year later, I received a call from State Farm. I ignored it, thinking they were calling me for more life insurance. Reluctantly, I finally answered the phone and heard a voice saying, “Hello, I am Leona, and I am calling to tell you how to save money on your auto insurance.” I asked, “Are you calling the right Yolanda? I was denied auto insurance with State Farm.” She said no, but she would look into it. After some research, she called back and assured me I could obtain auto insurance with State Farm again and save $100 monthly. Wow! I was excited. The same day she signed me up, I received my new policy within 24 hours and a refund from Progressive a week later. As others have stated, Mrs. Leona is a gem; she goes above and beyond, explains every step, and is very empathetic. Mrs. Leona is one in a million, and State Farm is blessed to have her on its team. Also, she added additional home insurance coverage that I was completely unaware of. I would advise anyone to call her and let her review all your coverages and watch for the many blessings you will receive from her enormous knowledge. I feel whole again and proud to be back...

I am leaving this review to rave about the EXCEPTIONAL experience I had with Ms.Leona Murray…..I was looking to change insurance for my home and car because the current company I was with had gone up quite a bit more…..so I went on the State Farm website and they were actually cheaper than any other company for both the car and home owners insurance and not only was the insurance itself cheaper but my deductibles also came out cheaper for the exact same coverages!! I was absolutely floored. Now let me tell you about Ms. Murray…..she is very knowledgeable about her job, she took her time with me, she emailed anything I asked her to and let me look over it at my own pace, she did not pressure or hound me and when I called her she got back with me in a timely manner, and on the day I wanted to switch over she walked me through the whole process and was very kind to me through out the whole process…..so now if you are reading this review it’s not by mistake and you have nothing to lose so give Ms.Murray a call….what are you thinking about make the call….Thank...
