A client I am currently advocating for has had nothing but trouble with this office. When she submits a change and all documentation, it takes them 2 weeks to finally reflect that change on her case. Multiple times her benefit amount has been drastically effected by this. She is finally filing an appeal! I surely hope those working here either learn how to do the job they need to do or LEAVE! I know first hand dealing with the public can be stressful and there are so many in need so it may be overwhelming but this is the career you chose!! You chose to make a difference, right?! So do it! Read moreRose is my case worker. She seems to find pleasure in our misery and makes everything 1000% harder. I know a few people who do everything online because she treats everyone so badly. She is the worst. They won't let me change case workers. Any other one I've had were not like this AT ALL. She'll ask ridiculous questions to try to get you to fail. Read moreThere's an older man there I think his names Jeremy but anyways 0/10 help, really likes to mansplain and have you do his job for him and tell you your wrong even tho on the paper instructions it has your other documents you can use instead of paystubs if you dont have them. Good luck ever getting ahold of them. Don't bother calling. They'll just decline your call or make you sit on hold until you hang up. Lazy and don't wanna do their jobs, will blame you for their lack of communication.
