BEING 100% EMPLOYEE OWNED MUST MEAN THEY HAVE NO FRONT LINE SUPERVISION OR COMPANY MANAGEMENT. A WORD OF ADVICE; MOVE TO CALIFORNIA IF YOU WANT TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE DOG FECES. I placed an order for chicken tenders from the deli yesterday which is what I was told for them to know in a timely manner for me to pick up at 4pm today. I was called today after lunch that they had ran out of chicken tenders and the lady said she could fry that many pieces of whole chicken. Also the lady advised me that they can’t hold chicken. So why was I told to place the order a day in advance? I said ok and I’ll pay what I was supposed to pay for the tenders. She said no that I would have to pay more because the chicken was more. A year ago I would have given this place 1 star. The store has a new manager John and Heather Reaves who are absolutely wonderful. John even listened to me regarding an item that is no longer on the shelf and is checking on getting it back for me. This store has totally transformed. The produce and meat section are very nice. The employees are helpful. Especially Marvin who helped me find several items I needed. He was very cheerful and helpful. The store is stocked better than any stores in the area. They have updated the selections of frozen and now even carry wine. If you haven't been here lately it is worth a stop. I was in yesterday and everyone was smiling...
