Food Lion — Local services in Chadbourn

I have never left a review for a grocery store but I'm proud to say this Food Lion is MY store! I go in several times a week and they have never let me down. Lets face it, most of us go in after a long day of work and don't want to deal with long lines and grumpy people. You will find neither here! Last night I didn't collect one of my bags and didn't notice till I got home. Went in this AM and my things were left out for me to see, out of the bag with another copy of my receipt. This is actually one of the best Food Lion Stores that I have been to! And that says a lot! It's a very clean store. Friendly employees. And something else that counts a lot is that their restrooms are almost spotless! They have a lot of their items in-stock. I have not had to worry about if produce was messed up because of pesticides because everything is well-kept-up. And the floors are clean... I know that's strange, but it...

We go here at least 3 times a week. Smaller Food Lion. Very clean all the time and friendly staff. Today I was putting recycling in the bins. "Tracy", old guy was emptying the garbage. He said "what you don't have a garbage?" I said no, we like to recycle. He said he's"told me 12 times it just gets emptied in the garbage." I have never seen that guy.
