Burger King — Restaurant in Chadbourn

I normally don’t beat down fast food chains as the employees are typically not paid enough for the demand of their services, with that said today didn’t leave me with a good taste in my mouth in more than one way. I ordered roughly a little after 9 this morning after waiting in an empty drive thru for a few mins; one of the BEC croissant is ordered was at best barely above the ourdoor temp of 43 degrees, meaning one of two things failed here; weather it be warming a frozen product to temp, to cooking an item to temp and holding it properly I was served something that could cause a good Bourne illness (considering it has eggs I’d take something like this a little serious as it’s a high contamination risk) none the less when I addressed that the food I just purchased was cold the girl at the counter walked a product that had left the building, had a bite taken out of it, and rewrapped by myself) had asked a line employee to reheat it while tossing it in a microwave. Huge cross contamination issue there. As a fellow restaurant worker, chef, owner, this is a huge problem and concern...

Definitely not up to Burger King standards! Walked in and the place was filthy. Garbage on the mat in front of the soda machine, under the garbage cart, the tables, even the straw dispenser on the counter where you place your order was in disarray. Friendliness & helpfulness if staff is a Zero. I arrived by myself on crutches and no one helped me open the door, take my cup to get a beverage or put my food on the table. There were only 3 other customers in the building. Cleanliness of this location was a Zero but the food was good, a Whopper Jr, iced tea and Hershey's Sundae Pie. Sorry I couldn't give more than 1 star, the MANAGER watched me struggle to walk & he didn't tell someone to help me. Looks like discrimination to me. All staff was black & I'm white. Hmmmmm. Oh and the children's playroom was closed for "cleaning". It looked disgusting through the glass. I'm sure parents complained....

Professionalism is lacking greatly at this location. The manager "Lisa" was very very rude, and extremely unprofessional. Her lack of concern and inability to serve the customers was utterly disgraceful. I would HIGHLY suggest NOT going to this Burger King. The employee that took my order "Bolivia" was very nice and tried to be helpful, but her manager (Lisa) stepped in and kept taking others orders (of another ethnic race) ahead of mine. When I asked why this was, she told me to wait and brushed our order aside again and again. Then I asked to just give me my money back. She did something on the register and basically threw my receipt to me. Because of her and her representation of Burger King, we nor anyone we know will ever go to another Burger King at any location. Our funds have NOT been credited to our bank account.
