Can a business room be turned into a grand ball room? The answer is absolutely. Last Friday we had my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party there. We took the whole ball room. The staff is some of the best I've ever worked with when renting a facility to use. The location off the freeway was excellent for all the teens to find it, and just a few miles away from the school. The parking easily accommodated all of the vehicles. My daughter used her own private make-up room and dressing area with mirrors and lighting. We set the food on tables in the hallway buffet style. We had cake, and gift tables inside the hall for the teens to access easier. The neon lighting they had over the dance floor and shining in the fountain was pink and matched our colors perfectly (which I believe was all on purpose). The staff came to the rescue when little things popped up like microphone issues, lighting etc. The seating was perfectly set up around the dance floor and the patio doors being opened made the whole place seem bigger and more comfortable for the guests. 5 stars for the price and value for what you receive, 5 stars for the staff and their hospitality, 5 stars for the color matched neon lights to fit the theme and mood. I would say 4 stars for the room itself for only one reason and that's because the electricity for the DJ had to be plugged into floor plugs because there were no wall plugs around. Thus we had to tape the wires down, and put a big orange cone around the plug so the teens wouldn't kick the cord (which happened towards the end) and shut the power off. All in all if I ever have an event again of this size (100-120 guests) this would be the first...

I’m an event planner and this is one of my favorite venues in the valley! It doesn’t sit near homes therefore zero issues with noise ordinance and large private parking lot. Flexibility of space for small or large gatherings. Private suite available to change and get ready, large kitchen prep area w/huge fridge and sink, nice and clean bathrooms, large outside patio with fountain and bistro lighting is very nice. Most importantly, the team here is absolutely fantastic! Parker is an amazing venue manager who goes out of his way for you which is quite rare. We hosted our daughter’s quinceañera at Avion May 2023 and everything was absolutely incredible, in huge thanks to Parker! My family was very happy with everything, thank you so much Parker. This venue is on my referral list to clients, we highly recommend Avion Center for any type of celebration...

We just recently booked our event here and I can't share enough how amazing this venue is. Parker was amazing as I was trying to coordinate from Los Angeles. The level of hospitality that Parker provided was on ANOTHER LEVEL. I have worked with many venues across the states and internationally and no one has ever given the level of service that Parker has. PARKER YOU ARE AMAZING and this event was a success due to your huge contribution to our event. I am forever grateful, the venue itself is amazing to host a high level event. Parker, private rooms, lobby, restrooms all so perfect. I CROSS MY FINGERS we always come back to AZ just to book with Avion so that I can work with PARKER again! This man deserves all the gifts the world can give him :)...
