Brought our vehicle for service due to a AC leak with request for oil change and brake inspection. Service was quick, discovered an additional issue with CV axel and authorized repair. Paid $1,800 at pick up.
Less than a mile down the road, the vehicle locked up. Stuck is seemingly 4WD with ABS errors. Took it immediately back to the shop and they offered no explanation, so tried again to leave a few minutes later and returned with the same issue after leaving the parking lot.
We agreed to leave the vehicle for an additional night for follow up with the manager in the morning. The manager stated that he was certain this was a coincidence and not related to servicing, but offered no other explanations, evidence, nor solutions for the new mechanical failure that emerged after their service.
Management acknowledged that an oil change was requested but was not completed. AC Leak repaired, but AC not even charged upon vehicle return (so now we will do that ourselves?). They charged $175 for ādiagnosticsā but were not able to offer any information about their diagnostics nor inspection (brakes included), presumably because it was not done.
No resolution has been offered to us after an unreasonable investment of our time, money and effort for such a simple repair. Unfortunately, TGK Chaska has proven that they are a shop which cuts corners at premium dollar. Disappointed is an understatement. Seek services here at your own risk, and hopefully your vehicle will still be functional when you leave.
In the event that this business responds to the grievances in my review (since theyāve been otherwise ignored) we would expect contact from a high level customer service...

I had my oil changed today all went well until later on in the day when i was driving to work all the sudden there was a horrible sizzling/scratching noise and I couldn't keep control of my car, it would not drive straight. I pulled over on 212 in the pouring rain with traffic whizzing past me to check under the hood and under my car to see something hanging. I called tgk and they told me to come back so they can check it out. I drove under 40 the whole way there because my car wasn't driving right. It was terrifying. When I arrived I said "I had my oil changed this morning and something is dragging from my car now" all the worker said was "yeah I know you called, have a seat and we will look" after he looked he said "all that happened was the screws to a plate were loose so it was coming down so we will screw them back in" I felt he was taking what happened very lightly when I could have easily have gotten into an accident because of their error. I didn't receive any money back and all I got was a half hearted "sorry" out of it. When I was waiting to have my car fixed I was looking online to see if there was someone I could email(there wasn't) and i saw a list of the workers with their pictures and their title and i found out the person i was talking to was the manager which makes this even more dissapointing. It's a shame because I truly loved this place until today where they showed me...

I took my service van in after calling the day before, asking if they could look at a check engine light I had pop up. They said yes and I dropped it off 1st thing when they opened. I took lunch around noon and decided to call and ask what was up with my van, the person who picked up said they would ask and call me back. 2 hours later I called again, and same response, so I decided I will head to them since when I called I said I would need my van by 3pm and it was almost that time. The lady at the front desk was frantic, and flustered " I've never been hounded this much before" ( I didn't know calling twice was hounding ) and as calmly as I could I explained i need my van and you now dont have enough time to look at it for when I need to get it back. The manager asked if they could look at it ( finally ) and I said sure, they checked and asked me to come back the next day. I did and they found the problem, but spent a week kinda stringing me along about how their warehouse and parts people couldn't get the part needed to repair it... so after 2 visits and a week of waiting I got bupkiss.
I am sad since this place is so close but I'll never again take my service vehicle or any vehicle...
