I saw positive reviews for Metro Flower Market, so I decided to pre-book/order around $800 worth of flowers for pick up on 11/26/24. I’m SO disappointed and upset with my experience.

First off, the colors on the website are inaccurate with what I received. For example, the website shows a light pink anthurium flower, but they gave me dark pink. I said to them that this wasn’t the color I ordered, but they said it was final sale and couldn’t do anything. I also requested white garden roses and received cream/yellow colored ones instead. Second, a majority of my flowers were rotten when I opened up the packaging the next day on 11/27/24. Everything is final sale though, so I’m out of luck. Third, they overcharged me for 100 roses and I had 100 stems missing from my order. They did refund me for the overcharge, but they are not refunding the damaged flowers or the florals that were inaccurate from the website. Avoid this place, especially for prebook orders. I learned my lesson and will not be coming back...

Today I stopped the kind man putting away the signs on the road who turns out to be the spouse and son in law of the owners of the shop and asked him if they were closed. He said they were, but he couldn’t send me away if I was looking for flowers. He kindly opened the store for me and all I can say is that I was blown away as to how beautiful and abundant their selection of flowers were!! I was in flower heaven!! I can’t say enough words to thank him for his kindness and describe the gorgeous selection of quality flowers they have!! I had never seen this place before! I will be back...
