Used the mobile order feature 15 min before I got to the store for some breakfast to be ready at 6 AM. By 6:22 I was still waiting in the store with only 1 of my 3 items, despite being told “just 2 more minutes” several times. The communication was severely lacking among team members and their systems were not well in place. Hoping this changes once they’ve been open for longer, but for now, don’t even bother ordering...
