This is a continuation because this is truly the only way I can get a response. Yesterday I hit a curb sticking out into their drive through, a hazard that should never exist in a properly maintained and designed lot. Since then I’ve been through a circus of silence and neglect that perfectly represents how little Popeyes seems to care about its customers or its brand.
After posting my initial review, I received a generic AI generated response from “Popeyes,” followed by an email promising that franchise management would reach out. Surprise, no one ever did. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times, but the phone just rings until it goes busy.
When I visited in person, I waited 20 minutes just to get the name of the manager, and not a single employee could even provide that. How is a business allowed to operate under a major brand with this level of incompetence?
As seen in one of the photos, this review is from 3 weeks ago stating the curbs were dangerous and had no signage. Below you can clearly see the OWNER acknowledge the review and even respond to it. So clearly the owner is aware of the situation because it would be immoral for anyone other than the owner to respond with the owners tag.
With a 2.9 rating on Google, it’s clear this isn’t a one off experience, it’s a pattern. Popeyes as a company should be ashamed to have its name attached to a location like this. If their franchise standards are this low, one has to wonder, are their food safety...
Read moreUPDATE from below post* After 4 unanswered phone calls to speak to manager I drove my stale sandwich with one bite missing, back to store. The manager was horribly rude. (I had given the second sandwiches to my son. He took to his room. I asked he ate the sandwich, he had, despite it being cold and stale.) I told the manager of my bad experience, showed her the receipt and gave her my sandwich. She angrily tossed it in trash. She said nothing. Went to cash register and refunded one sandwich. I asked why she didnt refund both. She said "go get the sandwich". I explained by son ate it. Manager promptly turned her back to me and started stocking ranch dressing packets. She never apologied for my bad experience...she never said one word to redeem her rudeness or the stale sandwiches. The manager could have told me to kiss her a&& and my takeaway experience would have equaled the unprofessional experience I had. I love Popeyes franchise, I will contact corporate.

Read moreI went through the drive-thru and unfortunately found there is a massive curb sticking out that is not visible from within the vehicle, seen in the picture with lots it tire mark. This caused a huge gash in my wheel and upon taking pictures noticed another vehicle with their front right tire also blown in the parking lot.
This is just unexceptable. I asked to speak with a manager and the lady I was speaking with said she was. I told her what the problem was and she then said she wasn't the manager and to come back tomorrow.
I went inside and waited 20 minutes to get manager information and none of the 4 employees could simply give me the name of the person to contact. They gave me a number to call which I did while in store and it rang the back of the store.
*Edit Reduced the food down to 2 stars because after actually getting to eat it, it was indeed incorrect. I ordered spicy tenders with blackened ranch and got regular tenders with buttermilk ranch.
