*** Happy Update! *** Ok. This place does some things really well, including the food. *** Paying was as easy as holding my iPhone (thanks!), major improvement! I liked that I got a tag that would vibrate and ring when my order was ready. Food didn’t come fast, but was reasonable. I got the fried roll: Captain America. This was nothing short of fried greatness! The dap of wasabi was a great addition as well as the pickled ginger 10/10, seriously! Pricing was a bit steep or I would eat here much more often. Either price it around $8 or serve it with more food, as I was still a bit needy for something extra afterwards. There’s not a place to sit, but I’ll eat in my car for Captain America! Rain didn’t stop me either! I would definitely recommend for a quick snack, but $10+ may not satisfy all appetites.

When I moved to Coffeyville back in 2023, I was surprised to see a small town with a sushi place. When I saw it was a food truck, I admit that I was skeptical. But the allure of sushi is too great for me to pass this up. And I have enjoyed better sushi from this bright orange food truck than anything I had during my year and a half living in the grand city of Wichita. So, when I can buy a hibachi entree, a house roll, a deep fried roll, and two specialty rolls for a grand total of under $50, that's pretty incredible. And because this is a food truck, there's almost an expectation of leaving with my food, going home, and then enjoying my meal while watching my favorite show. If raw fish, rice, and seaweed is something you really enjoy eating, then you could do way, way worse than Mizumi. If you're anything like me, and I know I am, you'll likely visit this place...

I had an older review of this place, but they took initiative and opened another place. The prices are perfect, the food is amazing, a couple bad experiences with a deep fried roll, but this place is awesome. I can't believe how much I love sushi.

I think this place is perfect for sushi, but I am yet to not get sick from...
