Located nearby Steele Creek off of Exit 3 from I-485, this clean, well kept, Asian convenience store offers a large variety of Asian goods from veggies 🥬, meats 🍗 🥩 🍖 , condiments, fruits 🍌 🍎, snacks, canned goods, and a lot of other things. The owner is polite and engaging. My mother is frequently here. Ahh. 👌🏼 *Note, since I’ve seen this in a lot of posts: if you want help from the staff then you must ask them, as I’ve seen in many different Asian grocers, and culturally, unless if you ask for help then they won’t attempt to assert themselves. So don’t hesitate to ask and be patient with the language barrier if that’s an issue.

This Asian grocery store is conveniently located 5 minutes from us. I'm glad I recently discovered it. It's on the smaller side, but they have a lot of good stuff. If you like KitKats, come here. They have 3 different flavors at a time and rotate flavors every month or so. My favorite so far has been the passion fruit ones. We have also picked up chili oil, canned tropical fruits, and other snacks. The store is incredibly clean. There's a $10 minimum on credit card purchases and they don't take American Express. This is a great shop to pick up your Asian groceries!

The only Vietnamese grocery store in the Steele Creek area. The store is clean and well organized, and not smelly like most other Chinese/Vietnamese ones. The store is not big but we can find most of the stuff for our need. The price is reasonable, some are cheaper, some are more expensive than the bigger stores all the way up at the Asian Corner. The owner is very nice and helpful if you need to ask for anything.

Go to New Asia & Super G markets instead!

I agree with Dominic! I was going to purchase some candy for my co-workers in celebration for the Lunar New Year. The cashier (approximately 5'1", with her hair done in a high ponytail) saw me get out of my car, walk up to the door, THEN gestured that "the store is closed" and turned off the "Open" sign.

I get it: Maybe you've experienced racism here in NC and the USA. What you DON'T know is that I spent five (5) years in China & Southeast Asia, can speak Mandarin Chinese and a little Vietnamese, and have a DEEP appreciation for Asian cultures!

So, it's truly your lost for being rude, because I will never again visit your store & I will advise all of my social network--Asian and non-Asian alike--not to shop...

Surprise that some people commented good price. I compared their prices to other Asian stores in Charlotte. It is pretty pricey. You can not separate the banana if you only need a few you have to buy the whole banana. The whole box of mango is price $ 17.00. Patel Brothers is $11.99. Sam’s Club is $8.99. The 25 lbs of rice is also high. The woman in the front, I guess is the owner was not friendly at all. I drove 25 min. To see if my friends were right. Now I know. I will never go back there to shop. I would like to rate 0 but I can’t. The store is very small and there was nobody but 2 people including me was there and the woman was complete with surveillance monitors. Once you enter she will not even greet you and you fell like you are already a...

So this is a tiny Vietnamese market, but they have tons of stuff! I go there for quick pick ups of things I need and to get my favorite Vietnamese coffee, G7 all in 1 coffee. It's addictive, it has cream, sugar, and coffee all in 1. It's my most favorite, skip Starbucks $8 coffee, you can get the big bag of G7 an I believe it's 100 cups. So for the price of 2 Starbucks you can get 100 cups of gourmet coffee, minus the sometimes tude you get at Starbucks. Not to mention the owner is always there and makes you feel like your the only customer in there even if she's busy. So go explore get fresh really cheap Asian food supplies and the best service. Tgere is also a little tea bar around the corner you can visit for bubble tea &...
