Wells Fargo Bank — Local services in Charlotte

This bank has to be one of the worst Wells Fargo in the Charlotte area. I’m not even sure they run AC there. Everytime I have had to go in there is a lonnnnng line with only one person behind the counter, the rest seem to be sitting back in their offices behind closed doors. It is a run down older building. Wish I could rate it less than one star but lowest rating I can give. Customer service is very rude and unprofessional. Under staffed but that is no excuse for unacceptable service. Staff wastes your time, tasks that would take 5 mins at any other wells Fargo location takes 2-3 hrs at this location. My advice gps the next nearest wells Fargo this one is not worth it. Everytime I enter my neighborhood Wells Fargo I have a wonderful experience. The customer service I received over the phone to make an appt with the notary was very pleasant. When at the appt.
