I cannot say enough good things about Greg and his staff. Customer Service is first and foremost with this team. We experienced a house fire 4 years ago while we were 5 hours from home. When our neighbors called us to tell us the fire department was on the scene, the first call we made was to Greg. He arrived at our home and spent the next few hours keeping us posted on what was happening, the extent of the damage (which was significant) and then met us when we arrived back at our home at 1:30am with a check to help with our immediate needs and a key for a local hotel room while State Farm arranged for temporary housing. The next morning he was back at our house at 8:00am ready to help coordinate the efforts of State Farm and the representatives of the various fire recovery units that would be helping us. He and his staff helped us navigate a very emotional and stressful time while we were rebuilding our home. But probably the most important point, is that Greg had met with us when we chose State Farm for our Auto and Home coverages. He took the time to make sure we had the right kind of coverage and helped us understand the importance of certain coverages for our home.
