The family entertainment center is definitely a hit. For those with children 10 and under, it's a great place to burn some of the youthful energy that the kids carry. The play area includes a huge sea themed jungle gym equipped with plenty of slides and climbing obstacles with safety nets and padding everywhere. There's also a "cannon zone" where kids can load soft foam balls into air powered cannons and shoot them at targets and each other. The area also includes a small portion for toddlers equipped with soft building blocks for them to build and have fun with. The entertainment center also includes the bowling alley and a snack bar for those to enjoy while the little ones exert energy. Great place, great atmosphere, great customer service! They put us on lane 1, it failed moved us to lane 2 after standing at the counter for 5 minutes with no employee present. Lane 2 failed moved us to lane 3 and quote "this is the last time we're moving you". First off we didn't do anything extraordinary except bowl a whopping 100 points and the lanes kept failing. We played two games, had been moved to three lanes instead of offering a free game for the inconvenience of moving us and the lanes failing we were met with mild aggravation. Additionally they offer no food services on Thursdays which is bizarre, a normal business has a limited menu option. Overall not a good bowling alley unfortunately. Save your money and time and...

Great place to take the kids. Very affordable. My 1,5 and 6 year old enjoy both the bowling and the play place. Took away 2 stars because the lady in the kitchen is rude AF. I get that it's busy sometimes, but if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen as they say. I've worked buffalo wild wings, Starbucks, etc, so I know it can be stressful but you can't take it out on people for no reason. I was literally just standing there and she yelled at me saying everyone has picked up their food and she didn't call my number yet.
