Fancy Fanny's Bridal — Local services in Chattanooga

I was pleased with the store, unsure if the manager is the owner but she was so helpful. We found a dress for my daughter, and it had to be ordered and it is beautiful! However, when we went to pick the dress up, and got home, the dress was a size 18 and my daughter is a 4. I can’t even get it altered to fit. I have called MULTIPLE times for weeks every day, and the phone just rings, and I am unable to leave a voicemail because it is full. There is no email provided to send an email. My receipt has my daughter’s measurements wrote down, how did we end up with a size 18 dress? I spent a lot of money on this dress and I want the situation FIXED. Whether it is the proper size 4 she wears, or my money back. I do not live in the town the store is in, we live an hour and a half away. SUCH bad business practice to send us off with a dress that is WAY too big that can not be altered. Horrible customer service. I came in as the MOH with the bride and her mother who are some of the kindest people. They treated us like trash. Threw us into a store that looked like a Goodwill and offered no assistance, We were the only ones there and 3 of them sat in the other room talking and only came into to yell at my bride for passing a dress under the door. A plywood door with no sanding or paint. We did not want to pass over the top due to this and snag it. She made my best friend cry and ruined her whole first time bride experience. 8 months later I was looking for dress shops for my sister and this one came up. I just wanted to warn you all.
