These guys knocked it out of the park! I rented a trailer from them for the weekend. After spending 45 min trying to lossen the ball, which apparently the hulk tightened. They ended up loaning me a brand new one they took off their shelf. They then made sure the trailer sat level which required them to adjust the hitch on the trailer. When I returned it on Monday morning, they were as happy and helpful as if I was their last customer on a Friday evening. Super enthusiastic and nice. after being strung along for a week and a half waiting for a piece of equipment to be returned and being told it would be in tomorrow. finally get the reservation in place. was very clear about what adapters and hitches i would need to be able to use their trailer with my truck and was Assured they had everything i needed. only to get there for them not to have the adapter so that the lights and brakes would work. so now i am put back another week on this job.
