If anyone chooses to move to this place, be sure to save all documents. I signed a lease for 12 months. At 13 months I gave my notice to vacate. They ruined my credit because they said that I signed an 18 month lease and I defaulted on it. They sent me to a collection agency who harassed me at all hours of the day and night. When I tried to buy a house it was then that I discovered that my credit was bad because they turned me over to the collection agency. I had to pay the debt off in order to get a mortgage. I still have a copy of the lease stating that it was a 12 month least, not an 18 month. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT MOVING INTO THIS PLACE. The noise level here is also horrible. I swear a family of elephants were living above me on the 2nd floor. This is by far the very worse place I've ever lived. I don't even want to give this place one star but I can't publish it without. If there were negative stars, this place would receive them. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. There are much better places in the area for a lot less money then this place, plus they won't try to screw you over and ruin...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this apartment management firm. Despite meeting all of their requirements, they declined my application for an apartment based solely on my visa status. It was clear that they were discriminating against me because I am an immigrant.

It's unacceptable that in this day and age, companies are still engaging in such discriminatory practices. The fact that I was fully qualified for the apartment, but was denied solely because of my immigrant status, is a clear indication of the company's lack of regard for fair and equal treatment.They clearly do not value their customers equally and are willing to engage in discrimination based on factors beyond an individual's control.

Overall, I was left feeling incredibly disappointed and disheartened by my experience with this management firm. It's unfortunate that they would engage in such behavior, and I would not recommend...

Been here with my kids for years, but since the year 2017 especially, the upgrades have been awesome. New patio with fire place, new pool furniture. The upkeep to the apartments and all the ones redone are gorgeous. The space in these apartments are also very good and come with a PORCH! The pool is also ALWAYS clean and not too crowded ever. Dave the asst office manager is the most pleasant man I've had to deal with here. The maintenance men are always eager to help and are on top of things timely.
