Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Chelmsford

I generally like this location- but my most recent visit to this location I decided to order something different than my usual and was told by a gentleman working the drive-thru that what I was trying to order was not in stock- no problem! I ordered my usual: XL hot tea, 2 tea bags, 2 cream and 2 sugar. He said drive up, I did and he took my money for my order, but then asked me what I ordered- which I thought was normal considering it's a lot (in my opinion). That was fine, but then he came back 5 minutes later and asked me what my order was. I told him my order and he replied with "oh, I made ice tea- I'll make it new for you", no problem- things happen! He was gone for another few minutes (thankfully no one pulled up behind me) and brought me back what looked like my order except it wasn't my order, it was coffee. I politely let him know that this wasn't what I ordered and he said to me "you ordered this, 2 cream and 2 sugar". I again told him it was an XL hot tea, 2 tea bags, 2 cream and 2 sugar. He took it back and went away again for a few more minutes. He came back again with another coffee. At this point, I apologized to him for the confusion even though I'm not sure where it was since I told him my order multiple times in the 15 minutes I was waiting and asked for my money back. He refused to give me my money back and instead just took the change back out of my hand and put it in the register. I explained to him I wasn't going to be paying for these items because it wasn't what I had ordered. He stared blankly at me and I asked again for my money back. He finally opened the cash drawer and said "I can't believe this, this is insane, you're ridiculous!", handed me my money and walked away from the drive-thru window. I understand working a drive-thru is very difficult with multiple orders coming through but I was the ONLY customer (I could see through the drive-thru window there weren't any customers inside). I don't think I'll be going back...

Very rude. I walked in and there was no one at the counter instead she had her back turn and she was on her phone. I asked for iced coffee just basic cream and sugar. I asked if she had Matcha latte. She turned around with an attitude so I ordered an electric blue lemonade with strawberry popping pearl. Before I even finish my order, she turned around and didn’t put any popping pearls. Terrible, just terrible. What an inconsiderate, rude person to have at...

It's a pretty run down place at this location. I think they had one woman working, so one of the people drove off while waiting because we had ordered sandwiches and it took at least 4-5 minutes to make both. I think they only have one toaster in there or something. The food was not bad. The service was good. I will go back because it's on my way to and from hockey. But I wouldn't go there if there was a Boston Donuts or a Goumet...
