The Kinloch Apartments — Local services in Chelmsford

This apartment complex was awesome! I did not end up leasing here because of distance from my job, BUT I spoke with many different residents at The Kinloch and they all told me that they love it there.

Melinda was very helpful and deserves a raise for being so good!

The apartments are new, clean, a bit pricy (but worth it because this place was nicer than any other apartment complex I've seen), and everyone I came across outside was very nice. I normally get grossed out by public pools, but I would actually swim in this pool because it looked so clean and new.

No weird smells anywhere in the apartments, and my girlfriend and I felt safe walking around outside.

The maintenance guy seemed really nice as well, and residents told me that maintenance was very responsive to any small issues.

Also, it seems the only bad reviews/dirt I could find about this place was about the dog park, which sounded like a few people had problems during covid, but aside from that, I hadn't found any dirt on this place!

I lived here two or three years ago and it was by far one of my favorite apartment complexes to live in! Every once in awhile I go on the website and check availabilities just for the nostalgia. Like any and every place you'll ever go to, there's pros and cons but the pros outweighed the cons with the Kinloch! I only moved out because I had to take a job in another state and the apartment I moved into (although it was supposed to be a luxury apartment) made me miss the Kinloch more. The leasing office was always quick to answer any questions I had and they were easily accessible. When I was there, the building/grounds person, Angel was quite literally an Angel! I had the most wonderful tour at the Kinloch today . Justin gave a phenomenal and informative tour ! I had been touring many apartments around the area and just stumbled upon kinloch while I was driving . I called the office and came right in for a tour . This place is exceptional. It’s clean, extreamly modern and the floor lay out was stunning . I didn’t feel any pressure or obligation to immediately choose these apartments from Justin. He was transparent , friendly and made apartment hunting which is very stressful , relaxed and easy. His top notch service and the ambiance of the complex are going to make me sign this lease.
