⭐ 1 Star I was really looking forward to trying this new addition to the area, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Took my wife here for lunch, and the experience was a complete mess from start to finish.
We waited about 25 minutes just to get our food — a bowl and a wrap — and by the time we reached the end of the line, the total was $47.72. That didn’t even include drinks or chips. For that price, I could have had a proper lunch at a fine dining spot.
Due to time constraints, I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I went ahead and paid. But what we received was unacceptable: cold rice, cold steak, and overall poor quality. The staff seemed very new and completely unorganized. I’ve eaten at other locations of this chain and never had an experience this bad.
In the end, we couldn’t even eat the food — it was cold and unappetizing, and we ended up throwing it away. Really hope this catches the attention of management. I had high hopes, but unless things change drastically, I won’t be returning.
Wouldn’t recommend this Location to anyone...

Service was slow, (waited extra 20 mins late for a takeout order of 2 quesadillas) but that’s decently normal for a fresh opening and I’m confident they’ll get quicker as the team settles in. Kitchen was backed up so it added to the line pretty far. Overall, a positive first experience and I’m looking forward to coming back. Went back again for round 2 and the bowls are leaking everywhere and forgot...
