I went to Auto Zone to get an engine diagnostic test because my check engine light was on. When I asked this woman she was very rude to me, She was on the phone the whole time talking about eating and when she finally acknowledged me she told me that she didn’t feel like doing the test for me because it was too cold out,It was 75 degrees that day. She told me I can do it myself so she gave the diagnosis test reader and I end up having to go outside and do it myself.And then when I came back in I decided I needed some batteries for my key fob,So I put the batteries on the counter and she told me I needed to place them in her hand or she’s not ringing them up. Today my husband went there with a friend. This girl who work there refused to take their order because my husband and his friend are Puertorricans or Hispanic. Even they were speaking English very well and she said that she can’t talk with people like them. I needed two air filters, the store only had one filter that was needed so they called another store to check for availability. The other store (in another state actually) has one filter left in stock that I needed so they pulled it for me to come pick up. I then drove to the New Jersey store to pick up the filter needed for my wife's car. I bought the filter and went home to install it in my wife's car to find out they had given me the wrong filter for my wifes car!
