If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Not only was the owner of this business, reliable efficient and fast, but was very afford! My husband dropped his phone from a three-story building over the weekend and today I was able to call around and see who is available at 8 AM, The only company that was open at 8 AM was Bravos and he responded immediately! I was able to show up to his business with no trouble at all, and he went out of his way to ensure that. He was very friendly and explained everything very clearly of the cost and what options I had, which is very big for me as a customer. As I was waiting in his waiting room, he had asked if I was hungry because he and his community work together to build each other’s businesses up, which really stood out to me. The taco Restaurant across the street and him had a deal where if you had gotten any type of service through this company that they would offer a ticket for one free taco! Of course I took that offer up because I love my food and that Restaurants name was Dou Tacos and Bowls! Not only was the food fantastic but I ended up purchasing in order to bring To my husband for his lunch break when I returned his phone to him! When I tell you, it was like a full service that was five stars it really was! Definitely give Bravos Phone repair a shot because they are so worth it! I highly highly highly recommend them!
