I spent $100 on their "famous" hand dipped timer taper candles. I bought some for myself and some for my mom. My mom got hers and immediately used them. She noticed the timer feature was not working on over half of them. She figured it might be defective batteries. She changed them out 3 different times with no luck. I wait until late fall to put my candles in the windows.. However, I took mine and tried them as well. I had the same exact issue. The timers didnt work. The candles would stay on... The "flames" would dim down constantly. I reached out to the owner and was meant with a very rude and nasty attitude. She was very defensive saying sje has sold 1,000's of these and never had"one defective" one so was confused. She offered no solutions or apology. She sent me their "return policy" which says you have 3 days to send it back after you receive your package in the mail. We didnt even try them by that time! Plus they charged a 15% restocking fee and you pay the shipping. I told her I no longer had the candles. I reached out to PayPal for assistance and of course she said to send them back for a refund when she knew I no longer had them in my possession. For a small business I would say she has one of the worst customer service skills I have ever...

This amazing store is my favorite! It makes me so happy just to visit and walk thru the huge house and even bigger barn filled with such treasures to fill your home with. This family owned business has one of a kind handmade furniture, art and home decor. They ALWAYS have new stuff. I love that you can shop online as well. I live 2 miles away and I find myself online shopping when I need a little retail therapy…which seems to be all the time..lol. Also, the owners and staff treat you like great friends. They know your name and are always so helpful and kind. I’m not sure how they do it but they also have some magical inventory system because when I see the smallest of items online and can’t seem to locate it myself, they know down to the square foot of where it’s located. Truly a beautiful treasure in this town. I had no idea that a house and a barn could hold so many amazing things. Christmas everywhere in the barn. I mean HUGE Christmas collection! They have a huge Autumn selection in the house. Paintings, colors, prints, and all kinds of other decor cover wall to wall. Every room is beautifully decorated with a theme. Don't forget to look up, because the ceilings are no exception! Beautiful decor from light fixtures to baskets, you can find something waiting for you to take a peek.
