DTLR — Local services in Chester

I went to this DTRL today in Chester, my first time. I go in greeting everyone...Hello how is everyone! The security guard spoke. Then a sales assistant walked up and I spoke again even though he didn't speak when I initially spoke. You looking for anything in particular. NO! IM JUST LOOKING I REALLY DONT WEAR Sneakers. It my first time stopping in. I went to the sales rack seen 4 items I wanted to purchase. I picked them up took them to the counter. It seemed the cashier was in a good mood with the other customers. I'm like hello once it was my turn, How is your day no response. I said hello I'm saying hello to you. Oh HI! I left it alone cause she was so Getty with the other customers I assumed she must of knew them. Ringing up my clothes now. The tag is torn up and I said would you like me to get the blue ones off the rack they were the same price. I can't do that they are different colors. She called another store. Who this I'm speaking to...this is Sherrita do yall have the Fifth Loop in orange. They must have said no she ended the called and said I can't ring these up because I don't have ...so now I'm mad because I wanted these pants and other items thw333at match. I feel they need a little more customers Service training. Sherrita isn't nice at all. Just getting that off my chest. DTrL lost a 250 dollar sale because of ignorance. ...

So I was I at the store yesterday, to make an exchange, the shoe really didnt fit right, so I was looking around. The women's section, to me, could have more selections, besides that it's great. So, after a while of being indecisive I finally find a sneaker... not in my size...next..too big...next...too small...next dont fit right...so I just wanted a refund. Well the policy doesn't do refunds unless you use a credit card (I understand why). So Laura, helped me with every shoe, size, and suggestion until I found something I was happy with. I explained my feet to her and I left there satisfied. I appreciate the great customer service even though you were helping 3 other people you never once was unprofessional, (its rare). Tamyra and Dia were very friendly and I even had a couple laughs with them. I will def will be back. Thank you ladies for walking in the royalty that you are. #supportblackbusiness...

Picked up a raffle win of Jordan 5 Metallics from this location last Saturday and have to say this was the best interaction I have ever had in 35 years of being a Sneakerhead. As soon as I entered the store someone who I think was the manager greeted me and pointed me to the cashier to pick up my shoes. Two other staff members greeted me and said congrats on the win. Super friendly welcoming crew from top to bottom. I drove 45 minutes from South Jersey and it was more than worth the trip. Will definitely visit this location again,...
