I had an AWESOME great experience with the team at this Kimbrell's location in Chester, SC even though there was an issue with something that was out of their control! I ordered two beds, one was damaged in delivery from the warehouse, but when I spoke with the staff on the first occasion, Rhea ensured me that she would deliver my concerns to the manager Patricia and in the mean time sent Cedric and Darryl to make a repair until the issue was resolved. Patricia gave me a call back and checked several resources and other options to make sure that I was satisfied. The second time I called, I got the same wonderful, understanding, empathy and patience. Cedric and Darryl came and secured everything TWICE to make sure my family was comfortable until replacements could be made. The customer service and efficiency I had with this staff was remarkable! They took care of me in a timely manner and with great professionalism! The staff that I encountered at this location needs recognition for going above and beyond for the company and the consumers!! The service I received at your store was professional, accommodating and very considerate. My salesperson was incredibly friendly, patient and indeed informative about the product being sold. In the forcoming future, I recommend she definitely receive a RAISE for her job WELL DONE. I recently asked to be informed about an item I truly wanted. The salesperson said I would be contacted once the new item come in. She kept her word and I was immediately contacted. I was totally overwhelmed with joy to receive that phone call. My experience with Kimbrell's is that when I needed a washer and dryer they were made available to me and at a payment plan that I could afford each month. The sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable about the appliances that I purchased. I was mad e to feel that they had my best interest at heart ❤️. I thank the manager Patricia Waters for the help that I needed because I am too old to taking clothes to the laundry mate to wash. I appreciate Kimbrell's and look forward to giving them more business...
