I went there to pickup items i won on their auction google says they open at 10 so here we go i show up around 10 to pickup my items only a few sterling silver pieces the people on the site tell me they are. Running late for an appointment they cant help me they were very abrupt and seemed frustrated i was there they kept asking my name then saying you have to come back funny thing is my credit card is charged but i still dont have my merchandise i drove an hour to get it then the rude couple tells me to come back listen if you dont open at the time you put on google then take it off google this is a customer service buisness and in my experience this place sucks at that but thats ok ill just keep spreading the word thats all we can do at this point Ok items are still there great i texed you guys numerous times and got no respone perhaps when i showed up to get my item you could have taken 2 minutes to get them terrible...

Would not recommend... Been screwed both as a buy and a seller.. The auctioneer misses bids weekly.. Ive seen countless lots devalued by grouping trash that didn't sell with an item that hasn't gone up yet.. Tonight was the last time I'll be at one of their auctions as a buy or seller... I reserved a selling space by putting our name in the book a week earlier. I was told they take reservations in the following order. In person, followed by email, then website and then finally walk in day of. Well today I was set up ready for preview by 3pm only to see a walk in be placed as the first consigner to be auctioned and my lots would be last... I've been last before.. It doesn't end well being auctioned off 4 hours...

Was accused of buying 2 guns online telling me I had to pay. Had to spend money going NJGEEKS to find out I was hacked & prove my innocense. Was accused of buying $200 worth of pumpkins when I wasn't even at the auction (they have survailence cameras proving I wasn't present at the time). My family member in a matter of a few years, had spent over $40,000 in WWII memorabiia and antique guns at their auction. Recently John lied and went back on his word, his wife did validate the conversation, backing my family member. The wife is very nice, John not so much. Lies, arrogance, a bully to good paying customers. Have no intentions of supporting this...
