They have cool stuff in there for sure. But kind of unprofessional. I brought up stuff that maybe the cashier liked I say that because she said “we don’t sell this stuff in the store” then said “I have to check these prices”. Then a young man came over and said “those are nice” he also said “I would say those are about $2.50 each” to which the cashier said “I’ll say $10 each.” It was so strange and I even asked her to consider $15 for both. To which she responds with “we don’t negotiate.” The young man apologizes to the cashier and says “oh just trying to give garage sale prices”The cashier told me this is not a garage sale. Which I can appreciate the purpose behind a place like this but it seems to have been a conversation they could’ve had AFTER I left. A shame as I am remodeling a whole house and won’t be back due to being told they don’t negotiate and feeling awkward as hell with the whole staff. She told me I could donate twice to receive 25% off each frame. I did but all in all both lighting sconces were the price of just one frame. The whole experience...

They have used and sometimes new construction and furniture items that are in good to great condition. I have done some remodeling and dropped off lighting fixtures and unused like new trim. I have also purchased items from them for some remodeling..items are exactly what their name says - something that SHOULDN'T be tossed into the landfill.. something that works and needs a new purpose or home at a reasonable price. Found a rare over the sink flush mount light for my parent's kitchen -something that isn't available anymore on the "new" market. Saved us money and made my mom happy to keep the look my dad built built into the house for her. Check it out they might not have exactly what you need but it's always fun to go on a treasure hunt you...

The volunteers are amazing but the people who work there suck agregiously. It's almost like your presence puts them out, a great way to say you appreciate your customers. I'm sorry' I will no longer endorse your retail pricing in your supposed resale shop.. You guys need to do much better.......... AFTER Everything..what I bought was damaged .. And you had an opportunity to discount my purchase at 50%and decided ..Nope , that and the 25% off was magically over .so I paid MORE then I could have ..and after no accommodation to this regard, I get it home and it's damaged.. I am more than dissatisfied.. being pleasant via aftermath is too little too late. I am half tempted to make a BBB report and call my...
