I had a mackbook pro crash on me and the apple store told me in so many words it was hopeless. I left apple with broken heart and a head full of worry as all of my personal information and items where trapped inside of a dead computer. I remembered that my town had a computer repair shop and I figured "what could it hurt to let him take a peek?" he took my computer and assured me the computer was fixable and I should leave it up to him. I felt some ease altho he sounded "complex" he was just professional. He assured me I would be back in the game. I received my computer a few months later, when I stopped back he not only fixed my original issue but went above and beyond and updated lots of my computers components! my computer is 150% better than it EVER WAS! I have a better processor He switched me from a i5 to i7 and he also ungraded my RAM from 2 to an amazing 10 !!! I have followed Alex and his great staff n Co to the new shop that is even bigger and better. The only thing that stayed the same was the expertise, fairness and caring that I have experienced and have watched Alex give all who come to Atlantic computer. He returns calls and follows through on what he promises and always goes above n beyond. He is up front w costs and honest. He has stayed late for me and even helped me with device advice when buying on line if his shop does not have what I need. I am a writer and he is just as important as an editor and a copy right attorney, because if I can not use my lap top I can't store n organise my words. Fastest Computer repair EVER! Alex is amazing, he is super friendly and helpful!!!! He made it very easy to walk in with no appointment, and helped me right away! Incredible service! My gaming PC has a liquid cooling system that broke, so when I brought it in, it took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose the issue and he ordered a replacement unit! Days later the part came in and he installed it right away! Alex even carried my computer out to my car in the pouring rain for me, after covering it in plastic so it didn’t get wet!
