Worst experience ever

Millers Flower Shop was a recommendation by another vendor I am working with for my upcoming wedding. I spoke with Kate in April inquiring about floral arrangements and she confirmed we would be working together. Since wedding season was about to start, Kate advised me to call back in 6-8 weeks to discuss logistics. I called 8 weeks later and she asked me to call back again in 2 weeks, then another few weeks after that. The last time I called Kate picked up the phone and pretended to be an assistant and said that “Kate would call me back” and here we are 3 weeks before my wedding and Kate has yet to call me. Luckily I was able to work with another vendor where I will now have to transport and set up my own arrangements but thankful she is able to help me.

Kate, your business has been one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. It is mind blowing to me that you cannot pick up the phone and at least cancel. When another florist canceled our order for our grandparents 50th wedding anniversary the day they were supposed to be delivered Millers Flower Shop by Kate came through in a huge way. Not only was it a Friday but it was 1 in the afternoon. They were so kind and caring and helpful and had the most stunning bouquet there by 4:30 that day.
